About the Role

Mangrove is seeking an exceptional individual to play a key role in their multidisciplinary engineering team.



The Pyrometallurgical Lead will lead the design and optimization of pyrometallurgical processes for spodumene concentrate conversion to lithium chemicals (lithium hydroxide or lithium carbonate) projects. This role is based in Vancouver/Delta, BC.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership during feasibility studies, FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning, and ramp-up.
- Oversee selection, sizing, and operation of kilns, calciners, and associated equipment and owning the vendor relationship.
- Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale test work for process development.
