The Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is creating a diverse leadership pool of qualified candidates for future elementary and secondary Principal and Vice-Principal positions. This posting is open to qualified internal and external applicants. The Vice-Principal is appointed by the Board to administer, organize and manage a school in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Board, along with policies of the Ontario Ministry of Education and Training.
Qualifications/Experience
- Principals' qualifications according to Regulation 298 of the Education Act.
Note: Applications will also be considered from those who will have Principal's Qualification Part 1 completed prior to the start of the next school year.

Process
Internal Applicants will be considered for Vice-Principal positions.
External Applicants will be considered for Vice-Principal and/or Principal positions.
Openings for Vice-Principal within the District will be filled from a pool of eligible candidates.
