Working under the Advisor's guidance, the role focuses on data gathering, analysis, and calculations related to compensation plans.Position type: Contract Duration: 12 to 15-monthYour responsibilities:Assist with the administration and calculation of compensation plans across Distribution, Public Markets, and Private WealthGather, validate and reconcile the data supporting commission and incentive payment cyclesMaintain compensation data in the human resources information system and support data integrity checksPrepare files and data required by Payroll to support accurate and timely processingPrepare recurring and ad hoc analyses of the Company's compensation plansShare compensation information with the finance departmentHandle confidential compensation information with a high degree of discretionParticipate in compensation surveys and support market competitiveness analysesRequirements to be successful in this role:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting,
