Analyze weekly transit metrics (tracking efficiency, delays, and missed windows) to help us continuously optimize. Conduct on-site truck inspections to guarantee full compliance with brand standards, safety equipment, and uniform guidelines. Maintain up-to-date databases for fleet vehicles, license plates, broker contacts, and operational records. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, expertly managing inquiries and proactively communicating pickup and delivery updates.
