You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the claims process by phone with empathy and professionalism.Reporting to the Claims Manager, Auto Personal Lines, you will assess liability, verify coverage, set reserves, and negotiate settlements within authority while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
