Soft at Level 3 to join our team.

This role requires a Secret clearance and involves working on complex People

Soft environments to deliver efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with People

Soft Application Designer and People

Tools.

Strong technical design and architecture skills.

Experience in developing People

Soft customizations and configuration-based solutions.

Ability to diagnose and resolve People

Soft application issues.

Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Familiarity with People





Soft HCM modules and functional advisory.

Experience with PS Query, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, SQR, People

Code, and Application Engine.

Robust cross-functional collaboration skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Analyze People

Soft Application Designer projects to identify dependencies.

Assess existing People

Tools versions and recommend upgrades.

Develop technical designs and specifications for People

Soft solutions.
