Job Summary: The Senior Software Developer will lead the design and development of complex web-based and integration applications.

This role requires expertise in IBM ACE/IIB, .NET technologies, database management, and scripting to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

The developer will collaborate across teams to implement and support integration services and APIs while ensuring efficient automation and problem resolution.

Responsibilities: Lead design and systems analysis for diverse application development projects.

Develop web-based applications using .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, VB.NET, C#, Java

Script, and Azure Dev

Ops.

Design and implement enterprise service bus and interface solutions using IBM ACE/IIB, Oracle, .NET, and related technologies.

Support and develop IBM ACE message flows and integration applications.

Provide technical expertise in database systems including Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL.

Develop automation scripts using Power

Shell for operational efficiencies.

Design and manage REST and SOAP APIs, working with JSON, XML, and XSLT.

Configure reverse and forward proxy services and manage Apache server settings.

Collaborate with team members and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Apply problem-solving skills to address complex integration challenges.

Required Skills: Proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Web

Sphere Message Broker, and IBM MQ.

Experience with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks.

Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as REST and SOAP.





Robust expertise in scripting and automation using Power

Shell.

Desired Skills: Experience managing database systems and query languages including Oracle and PL/SQL.

Familiarity with reverse and forward proxy configurations and Apache server management.

Working knowledge of ArcGIS, APIs, and spatial data management.

Experience with Java programming.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and technical explanation.

Creativity and strong problem-solving abilities in development and integration contexts.
