We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Airside Division, overseeing both outside and inside sales teams (~20 people). This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing team capability, and strengthening customer relationships across the HVAC airside market.
The ideal candidate brings a robust technical foundation (C.E.T. or equivalent in Mechanical/Engineering Technology preferred) and proven leadership experience within HVAC, mechanical, or building systems environments.
