Details:-Salary (55-63K)-Benefits from day 1-RRSP - 4% match-3 weeks vacation + 12 sick days-Free parking-Excellent cultureResponsibilities:-Generate, review, and adjust client invoices as necessary while working closely with lawyers;-Assist with accounts receivable processes and be a go-to for inquiries for internal and external questions;-Collaborate with the team to support month- and year-end closing;-Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the department.Qualifications:- Must be fluent in both official languages (English & French).- 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar accounting support position.- Demonstrated ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies in financial records.- Hands-on experience preparing, coding, and processing invoices with a high level of accuracy.- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail when managing billing and payment information.- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, organizing,
