Job Title: Training Specialist - Senior Location: Toronto Work Model: Onsite Duration: 11 months Extension: 2 Times Security Clearance: CRJMC Must Haves Hands On technical expertise with deep familiarity of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing hardware and platforms Strong writing skills for training/user manual creation with attention to detail Scenario based & practical teaching style with real use cases Ability to translate complex technical terms into plain language Description / Responsibilities / Skills Description VHH Rebaseline - Deploying an overall goal of 100 installations of audio and videoconferencing solution annually plus e-learning modules as required Coordinate and provide leadership for the planning, design, development, delivery, evaluation and support of training programs and materials (including E-learning Module, manuals) for Justice Video Network (JVN) technologies Deliver required on-site and virtual training to JVN end-users Coordinate and assist with development of graphic user interface designs and user acceptance test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing Knowledge Transfer Managers / Project Managers / Team members 1:1 meetings / team meetings / documentation on Share

At least 5 years of audio and videoconferencing technology experience At least 10 years of adult training experience Training, Business Analysis and E-learning modules creation Skills 30 In-person training delivery for groups and individuals; remote training for groups and individuals Oral and written communication skills, Interpersonal and consultative skills, facilitation skills Communication 30 Strong presentation skills for delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.
