In Person Interview Required - Minimum 2 Rounds Job Description: We are seeking a Sr AI Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of AI products, pilots, and enterprise solutions.

The role requires designing scalable Generative AI solutions and implementing cloud-native solutions using contemporary AWS services.

The candidate will optimize AI product performance and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered): 10 years of progressive engineering experience. "Must Have" 1–2 years of direct experience leading emerging technology or enterprise AI initiatives.

Strong familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Dev

SecOps protocols.

Core proficiency with Generative AI & LLMs, including models like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.

Deep hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as Lang

Chain, Llama

Index, and Amazon Bedrock.

Proven experience with Vector and Graph databases and ETL orchestration using Apache Airflow/DAGs.





Comprehensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.

Strong proficiency in Python and modern web application development using Next.js, React, and Type

Script/Java

Script.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required): Familiarity with automated AI and web testing frameworks such as Ragas and Playwright.

Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Quick

Sight and Tableau.

Technical leadership experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Gen AI technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role): Lead and contribute to AI product development with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.

Design and architect scalable Generative AI solutions and complex prompt-based applications.

Optimize the performance of production AI products and drive continuous learning and experimentation.

Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and domain experts.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and project milestones using Agile practices.

Monitor operational metrics and ensure adherence to corporate governance and Dev

SecOps protocols.
