Be the first call after disaster—and the reason everything gets back on track.Senior Restoration Project Manager. You’ll be the primary decision-maker on files, balancing homeowner care, insurance requirements, and operational efficiency—while managing a high volume of active projects, including a mix of large and standard losses. This role requires strong restoration experience, estimating knowledge, and the ability to move jobs forward across departments with confidence and authority.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact with homeowners after fire, flood, or other lossesManage a high-volume caseload (up to 50 active projects simultaneously)Communicate directly with insurance adjusters and represent the company professionallyReview scopes and collaborate closely with the Estimating DepartmentPrepare or review estimates using Xactimate (as required), experience with Symbility is considered an assetEnsure smooth coordination between mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teamsProactively identify roadblocks and drive timelines forwardMentor junior project managers when appropriateParticipate in rotating on-call scheduleEnsure professional file closure and strong customer satisfactionWho You Are:Calm, confident,
