Crew Member Responsibilities (Front of House) - Greet guests and take orders at the counter and drive-thru - Operate the POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately - Pack orders correctly and quickly - Keep the dining room, washrooms and front counter clean and stocked - Answer guest questions and help with menu choices Cook Responsibilities (Back of House) - Prepare, bread, fry and package food following Popeyes recipes and standards - Check food quality and temperatures so everything is fresh and secure - Follow food safety, handling and sanitation procedures - Keep your station,
