Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Maintain financial and production records Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Hire and train staff Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Establish work schedules and procedures Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
