You will investigate, evaluate, defend, and resolve errors and omissions claims, with possible subrogation work depending on experience. Solid preference for wills & estates or real estate exposure. You will manage claim files, guide external counsel, draft strategy from discovery to appeal, and interact with insureds and claimants. Ontario practice knowledge is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
