**Job Title: Structures Sheet Build Technician**
**Job Description**
The Structures Sheet Build Technician supports the production team by creating and setting up build sheets for large volumes of sheet metal kits.

This role focuses on accurately translating manufacturing requirements into detailed build sheets that guide aircraft structures and modification work, ensuring the correct parts and configurations are ready for assembly.
**Responsibilities**
Create and set up build sheets for hundreds of sheet metal kits based on current manufacturing requirements.

Interpret manufacturing information to determine which parts and configurations are needed for each build sheet.

Accurately input and maintain part numbers and related data in spreadsheets and production systems.

Use strong Excel and computer skills to organize, track, and update build sheet information.

Support aircraft structures and modification activities by ensuring build sheets are complete, clear, and error-free.

Collaborate with the production team to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies in build sheet data.

Review build sheets for accuracy and completeness before releasing them to the production floor.

Adjust and update build sheets as manufacturing priorities or design requirements change.

Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by following established procedures and documentation standards.
**Essential Skills**
Diploma in Aviation Structures OR 23 years of structural assembly or bench work experience.

Experience with aircraft, aviation, or aircraft sheet metal environments.

Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

High level of attention to detail with the ability to input part numbers and data accurately.

Familiarity with aircraft modification or structural work processes.

Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Background in aviation structures or related technical discipline.

Hands-on experience with aircraft structural assembly or bench work.

Comfort working with detailed technical information and part lists.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

**Work Environment**




You will work in a production setting alongside a team of approximately 16 people per shift.

The standard schedule runs Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional overtime available based on production needs.

The role centers on aircraft-related sheet metal and structural work, using computers and Excel extensively to manage build sheets and part information in a structured, process-driven setting.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Breslau, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
