• Advise site leadership on HR and labour matters
• Support collective bargaining and workplace investigations
• Develop ad hoc and regular management reports
• Facilitate conflict resolution and performance management
• Represent Carewest in grievance arbitration and legal forums
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in labour relations
• Qualified designation (CPHR, CIPD) preferred
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
