**Job Title: Solderer / Medical Device Assembler-Packager**
**Job Description**
This role combines precision soldering with hands-on assembly and packaging of small, high-quality medical devices in a quick-paced, cleanroom production environment.

You will follow detailed written protocols, work with very small electronic components using microscopes and magnification tools, and rotate through different stations on the production and packaging lines to support cross-training and variety in your day.
**Responsibilities**
Assemble and inspect medical devices according to approved manufacturing protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Perform PCB board soldering on very small electronic components with consistent quality and precision.

Operate testing equipment and use measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, microscopes, and magnifying glasses to verify product specifications.

Follow detailed written protocols and work instructions in English to complete each step of the assembly and packaging process.

Rotate through different areas of the production line so you learn and perform all aspects of the assembly process, including stations where you may sit or stand.
**Essential Skills**
Minimum 1 year of PCB board soldering experience.

Hands-on assembly experience, ideally with small parts or electronic assemblies.

Ability to work comfortably with very small components using microscopes and magnifying tools.

Good handeye coordination for precise assembly and soldering work.

Basic computer skills to navigate training tools and production-related systems.

Ability to read, understand, and follow written protocols and SOPs in English.
**Work Environment**
You will work in a clean, well-lit, fast-paced production facility with roughly 40 assemblers in each department, where teamwork and collaboration are highly emphasized.

The environment operates under strict cleanroom and hygiene standards, requiring you to maintain a very high level of personal cleanliness.

The standard day shift runs Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.





Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
