Clio is looking for a Senior Privacy Analyst to elevate its compliance efforts from Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto, or remote locations across Canada. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to international privacy standards.As a leader in privacy management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Clio’s privacy program. Your responsibilities include fostering collaboration across teams to implement GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA compliance. A proactive approach will ensure that policies are not only developed but operationalized effectively across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain company's privacy policies and framework
Monitor and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Track and report privacy program performance metrics
Facilitate DPIAs and PIA assessments for recent offerings
Create privacy education and training sessions for staffRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
5+ years in privacy program management
Deep knowledge of global privacy laws
Robust project and communication skills
