Oversee the development of major capital projects
Manage project lifecycle stages from scoping to closeout
Develop financial estimates and project scoping




Coordinate communication with external third parties
Facilitate procurement and manage consultants towards deliverablesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited university
Qualified Engineer designation in Ontario
Experience in utility environments or project management
Proficiency in office productivity tools, especially Google Workspace
