Set up and maintain accounting records for Private Equity funds
Prepare financial statements and valuation reports
Calculate capital calls and manage investor notices




Release capital notices with quarterly reports
Ensure compliance with internal control frameworksRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years’ accounting experience, preferably in a PE firm
Understanding of US GAAP and fund structures
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
