Your leadership will enhance health and safety programs, ensuring compliance and a secure workplace for all.In this critical role, you will report to the Labour Relations and Health & Safety Manager, leading initiatives to develop and implement the Occupational Health & Safety Program. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to promote a robust safety culture, conducting program reviews and identifying industry trends, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will significantly impact our commitment to excellence in safety practices.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of health and safety programs




Conduct annual reviews of policies and update required documents
Monitor industry health and safety developments
Oversee risk management and hazard assessments
Prepare and present reports to senior managementRequirements:
University Degree or College Diploma in relevant field
Several years of experience in a related role
Valid full G Class Ontario driver’s license
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
