MediSystem Pharmacy is seeking a Consultant Pharmacist to support residents in long-term care and retirement homes across Hamilton & Niagara regions. You will review medications, provide drug information, educate healthcare staff, and promote patient safety.

Key responsibilities include regular facility visits, clinical initiatives, and collaboration with nursing and medical staff to optimize medication use and outcomes. Ontario licensure and driving mobility are required.
