Northern Computer Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to join our in office team across BC from Kelowna. You’ll be the face of in office support, installing gear, resolving issues, and coordinating with the Service Desk, NOC/SOC, Projects, and Account Management.

You’ll perform Tier 2–3 troubleshooting, maintain transparent ticketing documentation, and ensure proactive visits/ deployments are completed with quality. Travel up to 75% required.
