MatchBox is urgently seeking a QA Lead for a ServiceNow implementation in Current Westminster. This 12-month contract role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with the QA Manager and project team to ensure quality across the testing lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience, direct ServiceNow testing exposure, and robust leadership in coordinating testing across vendors, business stakeholders, and governance groups. Hybrid work with in office and remote days is available.
