University of Cincinnati Clermont is seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator to advance employer engagement, work‑based learning, and related projects. You will coordinate relationships with employers, students, and campus partners to translate education into employment prospects.

You’ll collaborate with Career Services, Academic Affairs, and industry partners to manage initiatives from planning through implementation, supporting students in internships and co‑ops along the way.
