Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role requires a CPA with 10+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting and corporate finance. You will oversee a talented team, maintain financial integrity, and enhance governance efforts while steering the company's compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct the financial reporting process for North American entities • Conduct technical accounting research for complex issues • Ensure timely completion of audits and external relations • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives • Oversee governance of capital investment projects

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Chartered Qualified Accountant (CPA) required • 10+ years of experience in financial controllership • Expertise in ERP financial systems is a must • Bilingual in French and English preferred
