Collaborate with management to assess hiring needs
Facilitate S&C; training in partnership with technical teams




Maintain accurate S&C; position bulletins
Conduct field evaluations of Apprentices and Maintainers
Monitor apprenticeship budgets and execution strategiesRequirements:
7 to 10 years in Signal Construction and Maintenance
Strong knowledge of CPKC S&C; critical documents
Valid driver’s license and Canadian passport
Proficiency in RailDOCS and Microsoft Office
