POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for Apprentice Electricians (2nd year or higher) to join our team on commercial projects in Regina, SK and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience on commercial construction sites.

The position will require overnight stays out of town when necessay.

Shift: 4 - 5 days a week; 8-to-10-hour days

Wage: Dependant on Apprentice Year and Registered Hours

RESPONSIBILITIES




Establish and maintain good customer relations with site personnel and customers
Ensure project safety policies are followed at all times
Responsible for efficient use of materials and equipment, and performance of all field related activities
Be able to take directions and be receptive to training and mentoring
Apply yourself to learn and comprehend drawings and specifications
Work with multiple types of installations
Attend daily/weekly site meetings and all training required
Maintain clean driving abstract and Drug and Alcohol clearance
Maintain a qualified image and a high level of service with customers and co-worker
Follow the direction of your supervisor in the proper use of tools, materials, and techniques
Any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Current Apprenticeship Certificates
Current Fall Pro and EWP Certificates
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel regularly
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Explicit & maintain a clean driving abstract and drug/alcohol clearance.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
