Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC
Conduct technical screening interviews for skill assessment




Build and organize a vetted DCT pool by skill level
Verify technician credentials and work history
Coordinate onboarding and facility access for recent DCTs

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in recruiting or talent acquisition
Ability to assess hands-on datacenter skills
Knowledge of structured cabling and server racking
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Detail-oriented with database management skills
