Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for tenants and business centres
Program and troubleshoot IP phones and VoIP systems
Manage access control systems and cardholder lists
Resolve internet connectivity and workstation setup issues
Draft tenant communications and updates

Requirements:
DEC or AEC in computer science or IT
2+ years in IT support with customer service experience
Bilingual in English and French
Hands-on with multifunction printer installation
Organized and self-sufficient on site
