Key Responsibilities:
Build solid relationships with First Nations clients
Develop tailored Human Resources support plans
Deliver training on HR practices and job design

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or related field
At least five years of HR experience
Robust understanding of employment legislation
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Experience with Indigenous organizations is an asset
