This full time remote role focuses on conducting certification and general safety training for clients and employees alike. In this role, you will lead training sessions using various modalities, including Instructor Led and Virtual Training, ensuring clients are equipped with necessary safety skills. Your expertise will help schedule training sessions, maintain rigorous training records, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency. You will also mentor trainers and support customer service initiatives by addressing safety issues. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety training certification and general classes
Publish training schedules and manage class attendance




Provide private training at SBR locations or client sites
Maintain training records according to company guidelines
Coach Certified Evaluators on practical evaluations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Heavy equipment experience and certification required
Proficient in MS Office; bilingual in French desirable
Willingness to travel (10%-15%)
