Job Responsibility:

Join our Telecommunications Department!
You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently supporting the communication needs of our dental clinics and patients across multiple locations.
About you:
Previous experience in an admin setting is an asset
Solid customer service focus is required
Demonstrated ability to work independently, and remain calm under stress
What you'll do in this role:
Respond to all patient inquiries
Direct inquiring parties accordingly
Assist with data entry
Complete assigned tasks
