Extendicare is seeking a part time Personal Support Worker in Ottawa to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents. You will follow the plan of care, assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, and maintain confidentiality while supporting a safe, clean workplace and collaborative care with families.

The role requires a PSW certificate (Ontario/Alberta 600 hours) and experience with seniors in community health settings, plus solid communication in English and French.
