Your responsibilities include leading strategic planning efforts and leveraging OKRs to align company initiatives. You'll also create impactful presentations for executive stakeholders and manage special projects designed to address critical business challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning through market and performance analysis
Collaborate with teams to align strategic initiatives and OKRs




Craft presentations for the executive management and Board of Directors
Conduct assessments on business prospects and risks
Support the rollout of CAE's OKR program for the organization

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2 to 5 years of analytical experience
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Robust analytical and strategic mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
