Lead impactful projects at CAE as the Manager of Financial Reporting & Special Projects. You'll drive initiatives in a collaborative setting, enhancing financial reporting and strategic processes. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller. You’ll coordinate finance-wide initiatives, promote process improvements, and manage critical financial reporting tasks. Your expertise in IFRS or US GAAP will ensure accurate and productive reporting during financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead finance initiatives with scope and governance defined
Drive process standardization and automation across finance
Oversee the financial reporting team during reporting processes




Monitor project execution, risks, and issue resolutions
Identify gaps and implement sustainable solutions

Requirements:
Qualified accounting designation (CPA) required
Minimum 8 years in similar roles or large firms
Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
Proven project leadership across multiple initiatives
Must communicate effectively at all organizational levels
