This position requires solid organizational, time management, and communication skills to successfully recruit participant groups and coordinate project logistics. You will act as the main liaison between participants and the TSMG operations team to ensure smooth project execution and participant engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to local businesses and community groups

Recruit eligible participant groups for the project
