Your focus is on fulfilling customer objectives and realizing business value through robust enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for Technical Success
Create onboarding and ongoing learning experiences for practitioners




Collaborate on translating complex technical concepts into training content
Enhance practitioners' skills in customer diagnosis and risk management
Develop assessments and certifications to measure learning impact

Requirements:
5+ years in enablement, technical customer success, or solutions consulting
Proven experience in creating enablement programs for technical audiences
Solid understanding of enterprise software and technical concepts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with the Coveo Platform is a plus
