Role Description This full-time hybrid Service Plumber role is based in Oakville, ON, with some flexibility for work from home related to administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing issues, installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and related systems in residential and commercial settings, and performing routine maintenance to prevent future problems. The Service Plumber will respond to service calls, provide explicit explanations of work to customers, prepare accurate estimates, and complete work orders and documentation promptly. The role also involves collaborating with team members,



adhering to safety and building codes, maintaining tools and equipment, and participating in occasional after-hours or emergency service as required.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Plumbing and Pipe installation, including troubleshooting, repair, and system upgrades.
Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance to ensure reliable operation and longevity of plumbing systems.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including explicit communication, professionalism, and the ability to explain technical issues in accessible terms.
Valid trade certification or apprenticeship in plumbing, and familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations, are highly beneficial.
Experience in residential and/or commercial service plumbing, with the ability to work independently in office and coordinate effectively with a remote or office-based team, is preferred.
A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and comfort using digital tools for work orders, scheduling, and documentation will be an asset.
