We are looking for an experienced SRE Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements and technical delivery within SRE, IT Operations, or Infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify, track, and manage requirements.
Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams on requirement validation, prioritization, and backlog readiness.
Track requirements through closure and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
Translate business and operational needs into explicit, actionable requirements.

Required Skills




5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience supporting SRE, IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Production Support environments.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability experience.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps preferred.
