Job Summary

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining the cash register.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management as necessary.
Assist in training current staff members on bartending techniques, food safety practices, and customer service standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food service industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy workplace.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.




Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is essential.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
