Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in an Indian restaurant :
Fluent in English and Hindi :
Valid Smart Serve Certificate (mandatory)
POS system operation experience is mandatory :
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
Operate POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing (mandatory) :
Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, bar area, and service stations
Perform opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties :
Ensure all restaurant hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed :
Clean tables, chairs, menus, counters, and customer service areas regularly
Assist with restocking supplies, beverages, and service items




Follow Smart Serve regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of Indian restaurant serving experience
Strong knowledge of customer service and hospitality
Experience using POS systems is required
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
Strong teamwork and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
