We are currently seeking Banquet Servers to join Hillside Events at the Ledgeview Golf Club in Abbotsford! : Responsibilities of a Banquet Server includes :
Event preparation, set up, service of food and beverage clearing and clean up as per specifications in the event order
Set up, stock, and tear down golf related functions on the golf course
Engaging and creating connections with our guests
Operate and maneuver beverage cart on the golf course according to proper cart and golf etiquette
Cash and account handling
Must have some bartending experience and/or knowledge
Vacuuming and dusting of event space and back service areas
Performing other relevant duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage management team

Working Conditions :
Hours and shifts may vary. Must be able to work most evenings during the week and on weekends, holidays, black out days and peak season.




This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. as well as standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Previous customer service and hospitality event experience holding roles such as server or event server considered an asset
Attention to detail, able to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Reliable team member
