Mimico Cruising Club is currently seeking energetic and service-driven Bartenders and Server assistants to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, waterfront environment supporting a busy pub-style restaurant and a full calendar of events, including weddings, banquets, and member functions.

Compensation : $17.60 per hour + tips

Key Responsibilities :
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to members and guests
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure an exceptional dining experience (servers)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
Process orders accurately using POS systems
Ensure compliance with Smart Serve and responsible alcohol service standards
Support large-scale events, banquets, and private functions
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Qualifications :




Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
Smart Serve certification required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
