Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and deliver meals for residents and guests • Review menus and production sheets prior to meal prep • Ensure proper food handling and safety techniques • Complete daily temperature audits of food storage • Adhere to meal schedules and dietary guidelines

Requirements: • Food Handler's Certificate required • Experience in large scale food prep preferred • Knowledge of special diets and regulations • Must lift and transfer heavy items • Vulnerable Sector Check eligibility needed
