Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments of clients' nutritional needs
Develop personalized meal plans based on clients' health goals and dietary restrictions
Educate clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices
Monitor clients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Keep accurate and updated records of clients' nutritional information
Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
Previous experience in a clinical or community setting is preferred
Solid customer service skills
Proficiency in Point Click Care
Computer operation skills
