Ten Spot Pickering is hiring a Guest Coordinator (Front Desk) to join our team.

We are a rapid-paced beauty bar focused on delivering a high-quality, elevated client experience in a clean, modern, and professional environment.

Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome every client in a warm, genuine, and professional manner
Manage bookings, rescheduling, and appointment flow efficiently
Answer phone calls, messages, and online inquiries
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure every client leaves with a positive experience

Requirements :
Robust communication and customer service skills
Naturally friendly, welcoming, and confident personality
Outgoing, positive, and comfortable speaking with all types of clients
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Skilled appearance and attitude
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented




Experience in customer service or front desk roles is an asset
