The Maintenance Worker performs routine maintenance and repairs for the Hotel property. He/she is responsible for insuring that the rooms and property are maintained in the best possible condition with the least possible inconvenience to guests.

QUALIFICATIONS :
One year experience in a related field or technical school.
Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
Demonstrated ability to handle problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems.
HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance trades work
Demonstrated customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Excellent verbal communication skills (additional spoken languages an asset)

Salary :



$22.00-$26.85 per hour
