Koffie is on the lookout for a Lead Barista - Coffee Program Manager to manage the coffee program for our downtown location.

If you are:
Experienced in high volume, consistent quality espresso drinks
Able to produce latte art
Adept at calibrating espresso machines and grinders
Able to work under pressure
Have solid customer service and organizational skills
Willing to share your experience and able to lead a small team

Responsibilities
Consistently prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items in accordance with established standards.
Manage inventory for all aspects of the coffee program
Training and scheduling staff and ensuring consistency among all baristas
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Job Types : Full time, Part time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
